2007

On the occasion of the celebration of the 59 th anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, resident Ben Ali awarded the Prize of the President of the Republic for World Solidarity to the German Foundation Rehabilitation-Heidelberg SRH, for its humanitarian action.

2006

On the occasion of the celebration of the 58 th anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali awarded Mrs. Maria Pia Fanfani, President of the “Together for Peace” Foundation, the Prize of the President of the Republic for World Solidarity.

2005

On the occasion of the celebration of the 57 th anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Prize of the President of the Republic for World Solidarity was awarded to "El Bassar Club for the Arab Maghreb" in consideration for this club's efforts in the service of society through their action in sight preservation and struggling against blindness and ophtalmic deseases.

2004

Pr. Anatoly Egorin, a Russian academic, was awarded the "Prize of the President of the Republic of Tunisia for World Solidarity", in recognition for his activities in the service of solidarity and his studies on the Arab world.
